We want everyone to be comfortable at Sublime, from finding us to leaving the chair. If something gets in your way at the studio or on this website tell us and we'll work it out with you.

Getting to the studio

The studio is on the second floor at 190 MacLaren Street, up one flight of stairs. If stairs are hard for you, call us at (613) 567-7400 before booking and we'll talk through what works, help on the stairs, or anything else we can arrange.

Street parking is on MacLaren and Gilmour. Buses along Bank and Elgin stop close by.

In the studio

Service animals and support persons are always welcome.
Tell us what you need — a quieter time of day, a break during a long colour, a chair adjustment, music turned down, or written aftercare instead of spoken. Mention it when you book or when you arrive.
Sensitivities. If you have allergies or skin sensitivities, let us know and we'll patch-test and choose products accordingly.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is built to:

work with a keyboard, a screen reader, and zoom up to 200%;
describe photos with text alternatives;
keep text readable, with strong contrast;
tone down movement when your device asks for reduced motion — the video clips won't play by themselves.

Some things we know about:

Booking happens on Square Appointments, which we don't control. If it gives you any trouble, call us and we'll book you in by phone.
Video clips on the home page are short and have no speech; they show the work, and the same services are described in words on our Services and Colour pages.

Other formats

Any information on this site — prices, aftercare, our cancellation policy — is available in another format on request, such as large print or read over the phone.
